What is MetaDope?
We are MetaDope: a Baltimore-born independent brand offering the retail and wholesale of our quality products, and custom production of patches, lapel pins, and apparel for other brands and individuals. We make products that we're into, in hopes of attracting like-minded folks; it's as simple as that. We collaborate with many artists across many different fields to bring you products worth owning.
Custom Patches / Lapel Pins / Screen Printing:
We produce all of our own patches, lapel pins, and screen printed apparel, and we offer our services to other brands and individuals. Check out the Custom Patches & Lapel Pins section of our website for information on ordering. Custom orders canceled prior to digital proof approval will be refunded and incur the greater of a $60 administrative fee, or the cost of digital proofing services. Orders canceled after digital proof approval are not eligible for a refund. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. We do not guarantee delivery dates for custom orders.
Wholesale / Stockists / Vendors:
We offer our items wholesale to stockists with no contracts or frills. Click the wholesale link at the top of the website for all of the info you need. The wholesale page also includes a list of current stockists and their locations.
All orders are shipped from our studio located in Eugene, Oregon. Most orders ship 0-2 days after the order is placed. We try to get everything out the door as soon as possible. Handling time for orders varies depending on order volume and product availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors that we can't control. You can expect to receive your order in 1-7 days domestically, and 4-30 days internationally. Please be aware that if your order is over a certain monetary value, your country may require that you pay import fees to receive your package. This is uncommon and it varies by each country. We are not responsible for any charges that your country bills to you.
We do not offer returns, however if you ordered an item that appears to be the incorrect size for you we offer exchanges of unworn garments that are in their original packaging.
If you need to exchange an unworn garment for a different size, please verify that the size you want is available on our website. Then send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Do not attempt to return items by mail before receiving a reply from us containing approval of the exchange and the correct return address.
